2.1 Account Creation and Responsibility

Each individual may hold only one active account with 333uk at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice. When creating your account, you must:

3.1 Deposits

Deposit amounts are credited to your account balance promptly following successful payment confirmation. 3.3 General Payment Conditions

4.1 Bonus Terms

333uk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance automatically following a qualifying deposit or as otherwise specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Opening duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any restriction or exclusion applied to an existing account.

Where 333uk determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to reverse all affected transactions, void all bets placed during the relevant period, and permanently close all associated accounts regardless of whether funds were deposited in good faith. 333uk's determination in such matters is final.

7.1 Suspension and Closure by 333uk

333uk may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point; the player is found to be under the age of 21; or the integrity of the platform requires such action. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and, where the closure is not due to the player's own misconduct, outstanding eligible balances will be returned to the player via an approved payment method.
